The Journey Begins

In 2016, I started my business without a budget, a team, or a social media following. There was no roadmap or financial backing—just a deep conviction that my voice and story could inspire others to step into their purpose. I had a background in public speaking and storytelling. Even though self-doubt tried to silence me, I knew I had something to give. So, I said yes—to the unknown, to the discomfort, and most importantly, to my calling.

That yes birthed what would become Turning On the Lights Global Institute. This empowerment platform has since helped hundreds of leaders and Fortune 500 executives refine their communication, reclaim their voice, and achieve meaningful goals. We didn’t build overnight. We built in quiet seasons, through detours, and in the middle of uncertain times.
