What is my role as a Collaborator and Affiliate?

As an IWBCC50 Leader/Affiliate, you are invited to tell your constituents about our upcoming events. You will be provided with a unique link that will allow your attendees to mention you as the referrer. TOLGI has a database that will track and allocate how many attendees were enrolled as a result of your invitation.

Benefits of Your Participation:

1. Referral Tracking: For each individual you invite, our database will record their enrollment under your name.

2. Additional Speaking Time: For every person you invite, you will receive additional time on our platform to talk about your service or product. For example, if you invite 20 people, you will have 20 minutes to present your program at one of our events.

3. Revenue Share: If your invitees enroll, you will receive a revenue share based on their participation.

Important Note:

If you do not invite anyone, and they do not enroll, you will not receive a revenue share or additional opportunity to share your service.

We encourage you to take full advantage of this opportunity to expand your reach and showcase your offerings to a wider audience. Your active participation is key to maximizing your benefits as an IWBCC50 Leader/Affiliate.

This project is formed to:

Between

Turning On the Lights Global Institute™ And #IWBCC50 Collaborator

Purpose:

This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) sets forth the terms and understanding between Turning On the Lights Global Institute™ (hereinafter referred to as "TOLGI") and the #IWBCC50 Collaborator (hereinafter referred to as "Collaborator") regarding their participation in the #IWBCC50 Inner Circle and related activities.

Scope of Collaboration:

1. Roles and Responsibilities:

● TOLGI will provide the Collaborator with opportunities to participate in #IWBCC pop-ups, special events, and other specified activities.

● Collaborators will actively participate in these events, promote them, and invite attendees.

2. Revenue Structure:

● Commission: Collaborator will earn more than 40% commission on sales generated through their invitations to #IWBCC events.

● Event Participation:

● For any FREE EVENT, Collaborator will get to speak per minute per person invited. For example, if 10 people are invited, the Collaborator gets to speak for 10 minutes.

● For paid events, Collaborator will earn 50% of the ticket price. For example, if the event ticket is $200 and the Collaborator sells 10 tickets, they will earn $1,000.00.

● Promotion: Once the Collaborator has confirmed up to 3 attendees, their offer will be announced, mentioned, and naturally promoted during the campaign cycle.

● Short Course Offers: Collaborator's short courses will be bundled inside TOLGI programs, providing exposure to their brand.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Duration: This MoU is effective from the date of signing and will remain in effect until terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice.

2. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the collaboration.

3. Compliance: Collaborator agrees to comply with all TOLGI guidelines and policies during their participation in the #IWBCC50 Inner Circle.

4. Termination: Either party may terminate this MoU with a 30-day written notice. In the event of termination, any pending commissions will be settled within 30 days.
